Entrepreneurship and Context
From May 2020 to September 2022, I led TecnimasterCol, a home appliance technical service agency specializing in washer and refrigerator repair. This project was born from the opportunity to build a reliable, technology‑supported service model while testing my ability to design and operate a business end‑to‑end.
Over three years, I built a sustainable operation with defined processes, a strong digital presence, and an internally developed management platform. More than a business, TecnimasterCol became a real‑world environment to strengthen my skills in leadership, product thinking, marketing, and operational execution.

- Designed, developed, and deployed a service and technician management system that centralized the full operation.
- Executed a digital marketing plan, initially through social media campaigns and later reinforced with technical SEO, achieving regional visibility.
- Coordinated and distributed technical service assignments based on availability, location, and expertise.
- Managed the legal and administrative processes, including formal company registration under the Chamber of Commerce.

Reflection
TecnimasterCol was more than an entrepreneurial endeavor—it became a practical school that transformed the way I approach technology, service models, and leadership.
